What can you expect to gain from these classes?

Confident answers to common questions or doubts about Catholic teaching.
A plan for regular prayer, Scripture reading, and sacramental participation.
Opportunities to get to know your fellow parishioners better.

When

2 OPTIONS:
- Mornings: Wednesday at 9:45 am (1st & 3rd weeks of the month)
- Evenings: Wednesday at 7 pm (just the 1st Wednesday of the month)

NOTE: The evening class will NOT be a repeat of the day class so you can attend both, if you prefer.

The formal "class" portion of each session will last one (1) hour. Question & Answer period will last until all your questions are answered.

What

Each class will start with the prayers of the Church.
Then we will have a section on "why does the Church do that?" covering topics like the Mass, prayers, sacraments, obligations, beliefs, etc.
We will end with a discussion on a passage from the Bible.

How

We will use 3 books (do not worry about having these):
(1) Bible, Catholic version
(2) Christian Prayer: The Liturgy of the Hours Catholic Book Publishing
(3) Catechism of the Catholic Church

Where

Class will be held in the Parish hall adjacent to the school.
